This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is provided by Yon, operated by 3-102-938509 SRL (Costa Rica) (“Yon”, “we”, “us”). By depositing funds and using the Yon platform (“Platform”), you agree to this Policy.
1. Deposits- All deposits are final and non-refundable.
- Once a deposit is made, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
- Deposited funds may only be accessed through the Platform and withdrawn via the withdrawal procedure described in the Terms of Service.
2. Withdrawals- Users may withdraw available real-money balances subject to KYC/AML verification and payment provider terms.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.
- Typical processing time is 3–5 business days, but this may vary depending on AML checks and external payment providers.

3. Bonus Funds- Bonus Funds are promotional in nature and cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
- Bonus Funds have a limited lifetime from the date of issuance and expire if unused.
- All Bonus Fund rules are determined by Yon at its discretion.
4. Disputes & Support- In case of a transaction-related issue (e.g., duplicate charge), Users must contact Yon support via any available channel.
- Yon will make reasonable efforts to assist and resolve disputes, always acting in the User’s best interest, but reserves the right to deny refund requests.
5. JurisdictionThis Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of Costa Rica.
Claims or regulatory demands from other jurisdictions shall not be recognized by Yon.
6. UpdatesYon may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
