Licensing: The Platform operates under a license issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (Gaming Division), an autonomous island of the Union of the Comoros (License No.: NUMBER WILL BE ADDED LATER).
Brand scope: These Terms apply to all products and services under the yon prediction market trademark, logos, and domains; collectively referred to herein as “the Platform.”

1. Nature & Neutrality
The Platform is peer‑to‑peer and skill‑based; it does not take positions against users. The Platform does not endorse or oppose any subject, entity, or outcome represented in markets.
2. Not Financial Advice or Instruments
Information is educational/informational only; not investment, trading, legal, or betting advice. The Platform is not a financial services provider and does not offer binary options, CFDs, futures, securities, tokens, or cryptoassets.
3. Coins & Promotions
Coins and Promotional Funds are non‑monetary, non‑transferable, not redeemable for fiat/crypto, and may expire.
4. Market Dynamics & Latency
Prediction markets are dynamic and may involve data latency; prices/probabilities/liquidity can change. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
5. Analytics, Statistics & External Data
Analytical tools, social metrics, and historical data are non‑deterministic; external data may be inaccurate/incomplete/late. Users must verify information independently.
6. Liability & Disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or participation in any market.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
The Platform’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the user during the preceding six (6) months.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct by the Platform.
Governing law: Anjouan; AOFA arbitration applies.
7. Acceptance of Risk
By using the Platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the inherent risks of prediction markets, including potential financial loss, misinterpretation of data, and volatility of market sentiment.
You agree that participation is entirely voluntary, undertaken at your own risk, and that Yon provides no warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding accuracy, performance, or results.
