This Risk Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) is provided by Yon, operated by 3-102-938509 SRL (Costa Rica) (“Yon”, “we”, “us”) to all individuals (“Users”, “you”) accessing or using the Yon platform (“Platform”). By registering and using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.

1. Nature of Participation
Yon is a skill-based platform, not a casino, bookmaker, or binary options service. Participation in events and Picks involves risk of financial loss, and Users may lose some or all of their deposited funds.
To support Users, Yon provides historical data, analytics, predictive models, and educational features to help improve decision-making skills. Users may also receive Bonus Funds upon registration or through promotions, intended to encourage practice and skill development.
